Trevor spent his childhood listening to his fathers Jazz records and watching him play dirty old rhodes keyboard.
Later in the nineteens the Hip-Hop boom took over, after collecting tons of rap 12s and sample records it was time to move on.
It had to be Larry Heard, Moodymann & Theo Parrish who had the most influence on young Trevor Deep Jr. amongst other Chicago, Detroit, Ny, Jersey, Baltimore house legends.
