Biografie
Calvin-Anthony Jay Fonseca (born in Rotterdam, The Netherlands 16-05-1990) is a Dutch Recording Artist as well as an aspiring Songwriter being a Music Producer in constant development.
Jay was born into a musical family. Both his parents were vocalists as well as dancers. When he was 4 years old he, his mother and his aunts moved to Jakarta, Indonesia. They stayed there for 4 months, but had to go back due to circumstance! Jay learned how to play the piano, guitar and sometimes picked up the violin. His focus shifted to using his voice as his instrument rather than playing a physical instrument. So at the age of 16 Jay dropped a local hit called "My Baby Boo" which was played by several radio stations!
In 2008 Jay auditioned at Albeda College as a Musician/Producer were he was accepted as a Singer/Songwriter which during the summer of 2012 Jay graduated from with flying colors. Currently Jay is studying at the Music Academy in Haarlem near Amsterdam in the Netherlands. Where he is studying to become an E-Musician.
Jay Fonseca signed his first USA recording contract late 2013. His first US Single dropped april 29th 2014 and goes with the name "Let's Dance". His first USA debut album is expected late 2014. Jay is a great talent and his label West Swagg Music Group/Bungalo Records/Universal Music Group is very exited to have him on the label.
Jay has a deep interest in Fashion, Tattoo Art and offcourse Music!
