Biografie
Robbert Cools (19) and Thibault Hendrix (19), better known as producer/deejay duo Alvar & Millas, are 2 Antwerp based youngsters with a big passion for music. They teamed up 3 years ago and are already uprising stars within the EDM scene. Their tracks are supported by some of the finest international dj's like Hardwell, Dyro, Showtek, Chuckie, Morgan Page, dj Bl3nd, Paul Oakenfold and many more.
Not long after their career got on track, they got noticed by Béyonce and were asked to make a remix of her killer hit Blow. Shortly after that, Britney Spears' A&R management asked them to remix her Tik Tik Boom single.
Besides making remixes for big shots in the music arena, they've had their first official release Onyva, in collaboration with Oliver Heldens. Also their remix for Basto, Electric Stars, was released on Powerhouse Records and hit the charts immediately.
Record labels got to see how innovating and creative they are with their music and in no time Wooha! Records/N.E.W.S brought out Born 2 Be ft. Eva Blom. This track was an immediate hit and several national radio stations MnM, Topradio and Radio FG Belgium played in non-stop on daytime rotation.
As their ambition goes far and beyond, their latest track Challenger was released on Ultra Records worldwide, which was chosen by Hardwell as Demo Of The Week in Hardwell On Air.
Summer 2014 was beyond amazing. Many festivals in Belgium and abroad made their journey insane. With gigs at Summerfestival, Dance Valley and Laundry Day on mainstage. They also made their first appearance at Tomorrowland Belgium. A dream come true for these young talents. Not only were big festivals on their schedule but they also played at the well-known Privilige Ibiza during the Neonsplash party. As a cherry on the cake they closed their summer tour at TomorrowWorld.
