Biografie
Jeroen van de Vorst, better known as D-tactix started to discover the world of mixing Electronic Dance Music.
The starts of his DJ career he already made at the age of 13.
As soon as he developed his skills on computer-based applications, he realized that more was needed to improve his basic skills.
This led to the purchase of his first DJ gear, such as a MIDI controller and a combined DJ set.
His love for the harder styles of music started in the year 2007. This happened when he visited his first
party Megarave. From that point the music became a main part of
his life. During the years after he kept on visiting a lot more bigger events like
Thunderdome, Thrillogy, Hardbass and Decibel.
While he continued improving his mixing skills at home and showing them in front of friends. Also he joined the crew of I.C.E. Bookings.
This is a bookings agency including several skilled harder styles artists from the south of the Netherlands.
A lot of bookings and other smaller parties comes Jeroen in contact with bigger organisations.
Soon after he decided to start working harder and harder as a headed DJ/Producer with the main focus on Raw Hardstyle.
This is where the Intoxicators were found. The target of this is to attain more popularity outside of the direct area of Weert.
Now, at the end of 2013, D-Tactix already won 3 DJ contest, he were invited to Thunderdome Radio to do a live
performance, he started a couple of collaborations with some organisations
and he were booked for one of the biggest events in his career (Overdrive).
D-Tactix started to put his focus on mixing and producing only Hardcore-music,
he released the first 4 episodes of his monthly podcast (which has a lot of
online listeners) and he's working on his first Hardcore productions for the
upcoming year.
