Neves

Born in 1991-02-20 from the Cape Verdes, Igor Pericles Tavares Neves in short Igor Neves, loved music. His father, playing in a band has inspired this young producer and DJ to work with music. He learned the basics by playing the flute. This supported him in understanding the music notes. As an 11 year old you get quickly bored, especially when you learn these skills very fast. Igor Neves started playing guitar for one year, in order to learn more. During the time he started playing in a band, in which he ended up as a percussionist.
At the age of 13 Igor moved to the Netherlands to live with his mother. As he went to secondary school (ofcourse) music was his personal best. In the mean time he continued learning more on music and instruments, as he is not in a band, playing solo on this was a very hard time.
At the age of 18 Igor learned about electronic music. This started when he got a keyboard from his neighbor. With the modern times of Youtube he learned himself to understand the keys, however this is only the start. He started learning to work with music programs. To find the sound of Igor Neves, he had to experiment a lot, from Urban to House. This finally resulted in 2011 to focus on House. Igor Neves' choice is inspired by large names such as Swedish House Maffia, Hardwell and Nicky Romero.
Finally after all the experimenting in 2012 his first record came out, " Ja Te Falei" – Featuring MC Emmm. This came out under the record label of Moganga (Gregor Salto). After this in cooperation as Dark Mystic "Dragoon" – Featuring RemyX.
Now continuously working on improving his style, Igor Neves decided to work on other productions and also started his DJ career.
