Sergio Bailando, his exotic sounding name says is all.
At young age he started mixing old tapes from his parents by playing with the tempo's and mixing vocals through other songs. The surprising thing was that most of this tapes where coming out of the latin culture.
He decided to start playing drums because he dreamed of hitting the drums like the musicians he heard on the tapes of his parents.
As soon as he learnt how to drum like the musicians on the tapes, he tried the next step. He bought himself some turntables and a mixer and started to mix latin music of the present called...
LatinHouse!!!
Sergio had found his passion for this kind of music and would love to play for a crowd. He went to a small bar in his village en asked them if he could play for one night to see how other people would react if he was standing behind the tables. This evening was massive for him and his crowd!!! Nobody could understand how it was possible that this young man could fill up a night with all his musical energy.
Sergio was asked to do more gigs at this place and filled up the bar each time he was there.
People asked him for his name was but he could answer this question by giving them his artist name because he didn't had one yet.
Sergio needed a name where people could recognize him on and came up with the applicable name 'Sergio Bailando'.
Sergio Bailando did more and more gigs was already hosted by a few Mc's but didn't entertain at his best with all of them. Until he cached up whit this guy named Mc La Palm. The atmosphere these 2 guys could make was unlikely and that was something they both would like to do more. And so they did!
Since then was Sergio hosted by his mc and together can they give away great shows know as Sergio Bailando & Mc La Palm!
They started making mix tapes hosted by the Mc and live mixed by Sergio Bailando himself.
