Biografie
Christophe Lacroix is a DJ, producer and event organizer of electronic music in the Netherlands. He has played at various underground clubs and parties, like Paradox and Beatclub. Additionally, he organizes and manages his event ANALOG.
Christophe Lacroix was born and raised in Tours, France. Growing up, music has always played a big part in his life. He moved to Portugal in 1993 when he was thirteen years old and after going to his very first electronic music festival he knew for sure that he wanted to become a DJ.
At his 18th birthday, Christophe got a Technics SL-1210MK2 as a birthday gift. On the same year he moved to the Netherlands and started to perform at events in Bergen op Zoom. Subsequently, Lacroix started getting more notoriety within the circles where he performed and even got invited to play live on the radio. Unfortunately, due to personal circumstances, he was forced to take a break from performing in 2004.
Christophe Lacroix came back with full force in 2011 and made his comeback with the DJ pioneer Contest where he was giving the opportunity to perform for a large audience at the Dam Square in Amsterdam.
On March 30 2013, Christophe Lacroix organized and managed the first edition of ANALOG and the event was a completely success.
Christophe began producing his own tracks in 2013 and is expected to launch his first song in late 2015.
DJ's that have been an inspiration for Christophe Lacroix are among others Richie Hawtin, Carl Cox, Laurent Garnier and Jeff Mills.
