Having started the record label Needwant in 2009, Sean has produced an outlet that reflects both his musical tastes as a DJ and his ability to uncover and nurture some of the best talent in electronic music. Veering from House and Disco to more Balearic inspired offerings; you have a label that isn't afraid to be different while keeping a consistent musical quality throughout. Much the same is to be said for Sean Brosnan's DJ style, never one to follow the crowd, yet always able to connect with the dance floor.

You need to look no further than his Future Disco compilation series for proof. As a collection that is now on it's ninth release in just under four years, it brings together a modern day disco and deep house selection that has wide ranging appeal, despite it's underground track list. If anymore accolade was required, the second album was named iTunes Dance Album of 2009, the first time a compilation had taken the title.

Sean's ability to pick the cream of the crop from the hundreds of releases each week combined with over ten years in the DJ booth has ensured regular appearances all over the world with regular slots in Ibiza and London.

Sean has also been a resident at Carl Cox's Revolution, the legendary night at Space in Ibiza, for the past four years and will return every week in 2013 playing in both the Sunset Terrace and Premier Etage.

Sean Brosnan the producer has so far created Sat Jam, a club cut that continues to be heard on dance floors across the world. This is alongside Balearic inspired producer duo monkier FETE . This is alongside having compiled and mixed the critically acclaimed Future Balearica compilation album also on Needwant.
