With tracks featured on Gilles Peterson's famed Worldwide radio show, 22tracks and Red Light Radio, Kijk Een Ster is an up and coming artist from the small city of Heerlen, Netherlands. Having been inspired by the early sounds of Tom Trago, Rednose Distrikt and the like, Kijk has always kept his ears firmly rooted in the tradition of low-slung house and beatdown flavours while dabbling with the experimental jazz fusions of the LA scene.
