Born in Amsterdam, MC PPHOLL has been has been hosting and mc-ing at parties and festivals since 1997.
His musical background of reggae & dub you can still hear back in the minimal, dubby type of mc he has become over the years.
No ego-tripping, shouting, sit downs or crowd-hyping, but lyrical additions and support to the dj. Less is more.
MC PPHOLL is well known for his residencies at CHEMISTRY (Escape), TIMEMACHINE (Melkweg), EARTH (Paradiso), and hosting (main)stages at leading festivals such as TOMORROWLAND and A DAY AT THE PARK.
MC PPHOLL has been on stage with a long list of dutch and international top dj's, from progressive to techno, such as John Digweed, Hernan Cattaneo, Richie Hawtin, Maceo Plex, Jamie Jones and many more.
Music is the language, love is te message.
