Biografie
Born and raised in Manchester, but far enough away from the grips of elder statesmen The Smiths and Joy Division, Natalie Findlay emerged from the legendary musical hotbed as a true original. Self-proclaimed 'wild and unwise', Findlay now runs and jumps across genres, revisiting 90s grunge, shoegaze, and hip-hop, before landing in a dream world of garage pop. Accompanied by bandmates Jules Apollinaire (co-producer, keyboards, bass, guitar), Ben Simon (guitar), and Cristina Lamas (drums), Findlay has been touring extensively throughout Europe in support of her debut album 'Forgotten Pleasures'. The album features collaborations with Carl Barat of the Libertines, and producers Jake Gosling (Ed Sheeran, Shawn Mendes, The Libertines) and Flood (Nick Cave, Depeche Mode, Smashing Pumpkins, U2, The Killers). Cryptic Rock Magazine's description of Findlay paints a vivid picture – "do not underestimate this petite beauty; she has balls-out grit delivered with the sincerity of '70s classic rockers, garage rock inklings mixed with cinematic sounds, and sensual red lips to seal it all with a delicious kiss."
