In 2016, Command Strange is one of Drum and Bass' most exciting, unique artists. Now based in Russia, St Petersburg, the producer also known as Alexey Fuifanov, has found himself on some of the scene's most important labels; from Metalheadz, Good Looking Recordings and Hospital - all the way to the mighty V Recordings where he is now signed exclusively. And the reason? Simply put, Command Strange is one of the most versatile producers we have today.
Whatever the label, Command Strange seems to produce banger after banger, fusing his classic jungle, jump-up and soul inspirations into a musical and original whole. Now 7 years deep into his craft, the Command Strange name has become a byword for guaranteed vibes and musicality.
